About Snijpunt
Welcome to Snijpunt, a specialist in producing fresh prepared cut vegetables for salad and ready meal producers, caterers and foodservice suppliers in northern Europe. Since the shelf life of pre-processed vegetables is fairly limited, high demands are made upon the flexibility and hygiene of the business. We make everything fresh to order daily and deliver the products to customer specification. All of our processes are focused in such a way that we can guarantee the freshness, quality and food safety of our products, which has earned us a B.R.C. Grade A certification. Our products come directly from the source. We are part of Harvest House and work closely with the affiliated salad growers.
Bell pepper, halved
Halved peppers, decored and deseeded. Ready for further processing into slices, dices, strips, rings or other possible forms. This way they are ready to use for the convenience of vegetable processing businesses, salad producers and food service suppliers that use fresh products.
Bell pepper, quartered
Quartered bell pepper that, just as with the halved ones, is suitable for a variety of uses. The extra preparation by us makes the product better suited for slicing by our clients.
Bell pepper, diced 30x30
30 x 30 mm is the largest size of bell pepper cubes we produce. This is the ideal product for shashlik, meat skewers and vegetable skewers.
